Full-Arch Solutions

Conventional Dentures

Economical: Conventional dentures are the most affordable way to replace missing teeth. Our skilled in-house technicians can give you a beautiful smile at a price you can afford.

Don’t go without teeth: Older denture techniques called for a period of healing between removing the teeth and delivery of the dentures. This healing period could be up to a year! Recently, new advanced techniques allow us to deliver a set of dentures the same day as the removal of the old teeth. Get a great smile from day one! These day-one dentures are temporary. After a healing period of six months we will fabricate a new set of dentures.

We’re with you through the process: After the teeth are removed, the gums will change over-time. We are available through the healing process to make adjustments to your dentures and address any concerns you have. We can also perform denture relines to update the fit of temporary and final dentures to accommodate for changes to the gums.

Partial dentures: In many situations, some of the teeth can be saved. In these cases, a partial denture offers advantages over a full denture, like better stability and more chewing power. Unlike denture-only offices, we are able to treat and maintain salvageable teeth. Not every situation calls for the same solution! Every treatment plan we create is unique to that patient’s individual needs.

In-house Lab: Most dentist offices send their denture work out to an independent lab, and most denture offices have no ability to treat or extract teeth. By teaming up dentists with denture technicians, we are able to get everything done under the same roof. This allows for faster turn-around, better communication, and higher quality care.

Unity Dentures

Our office has developed a technique for creating dentures that are more secure and stronger than conventional dentures. Utilizing both dental implants and an internal reinforcing framework, we’ve developed the Unity Denture. This type of prosthesis is removable for easy cleaning, but is held in place by dental implants while being worn. The implants and internal framework also increase chewing power. Eat more of the foods you love while still getting a beautiful smile! Unity dentures are more expensive than conventional dentures, but still significantly more affordable than All-on-X.

The process of getting Unity Dentures requires both surgical and technical skill. Our practice stands out because we have both under the same roof. Tooth extraction, implant placement, and Unity Denture fabrication are all done in the same clinic, resulting in faster, better outcomes for the patient.

You might hear the Unity Denture referred to as a Locator denture, or an Implant Overdenture.

An All-on-X is a solution for missing teeth that consists of a full arch of artificial teeth (the All part), attached to dental implants. The number of implants needed is generally at least 4, but can be more. (the number of implants is represented by the X). You might also see this advertised as All-on-4 (4 implants), or All-on-6 (6 implants).

An All-on-X is considered by many to be the best way to replace a full arch of missing teeth. It is certainly the most expensive, but it does have tremendous benefits. This type of treatment will give the most secure feeling prosthesis and the greatest amount of chewing power. It does have its drawbacks, however. One of the biggest disadvantages of an All-on-X, besides cost, is the difficulty of cleaning underneath it. If you are considering an All-on-X, it’s important to ask your dentist about all of the pros and cons, and consider all of the alternatives. We would be happy to schedule a consultation with you to discuss these in detail so you can make a properly informed decision.
